The project aims to provide easy, fast and efficient access to digital content and electronic information services, based on the needs of the research, academic and business communities. The project will establish the infrastructure for a Centre of Excellence in terms of the management and provision of digital content. It will also enhance innovation and competitiveness, through investment in digital and information infrastructure, and will contribute to a closer convergence with the rest of the EU.
