The project’s objective is to intensify the opening up of the European Research Area to the Western Balkan Countries (WBC). Though the network, NCPs from the Western Balkan Countries will strengthen their links with the EU ones, while the WBC research potential will become more visible and accessible nationally and internationally.

The project, based on the former ERA-WESTBALKAN project, includes activities, such as: “Get in Touch Meetings” for the preparation of joint project proposals, participation in core RTD events and trainings organized by the European Commission, workshops on communication with clients and consulting skills, mapping of the research landscape in Croatia and Albania, etc.  

The consortium includes organizations from: Austria, Greece, Slovenia, Serbia, FYROM, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, Croatia and Germany.
