The objective is to create a network of Information Centres in the West Balkan countries, in order to enhance their participation in the Framework Programmes for Research of the EU. The countries involved are Greece, Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, FYROM, Serbia-Montenegro and Austria, as coordinator.
