Description - Objectives |
The project RECODE supports networks, communities, and
projects, so that they can examine the challenges for the
open access to data, as well as their dissemination and
preservation. In this particular sector there are many
different networks, initiatives and projects involved,
which, however, operate fragmented according to discipline,
geography and stakeholder category.
They address comparative problems (technical,
infrastructural, legal or ethical issues) separately from
one another and without any cooperation. The RECODE project
aims to coordinate those efforts, in order to provide common
solutions and configure policy frameworks for open access to
European research data. |
