The project aims to strengthen the cooperation between the
EU Member States, Black Sea and NIS countries in the area of
New and Emerging Science and Technology. The relevant
activities include the development of a database on research
organizations and individual researchers from the above
areas, the organization of information events and workshops,
the evaluation of different social and cultural conditions
for research in the countries involved.
The project includes partners from Russia, Ukraine,
Belarus and Moldavia and is coordinated by EKT.
