Enterprise Europe Network-Hellas is the new network
that supports Greek enterprises to boost their
competitiveness through research and innovation. The Greek
node of the largest European network on innovation and
entrepreneurship combines the expertise of 16 Greek
organizations active in innovation, technology transfer and
international cooperation issues. The National Documentation
Centre (EKT) is the coordinator of the Network.
The mission of Enterprise Europe Network-Hellas is to
enhance the competitiveness of Greek enterprises, mainly of
small and medium enterprises, to support the growth of less
developed regions of the country, to promote innovation in
enterprises and entrepreneurship in research organisations,
to strengthen the links between industry, research and
venture capital, and to promote an economic and
environmentally sustainable growth and employment.
The Network is a “one-stop shop” for enterprises looking
to upgrade their products and services with innovative
technologies, business partnerships and research projects
throughout Europe. Enterprise Europe Network-Hellas builds
on the former Innovation Relay Centres and Euro Info Centers.
It offers a multitude of services to enterprises:
information services on innovation and entrepreneurship;
international business partnership services; innovation and
technology transfer services; support services for
participation in FP7.
