A Greek company has developed integrated Logistics Execution software for Distribution Centre Management and Automation with Radio Frequency mobile terminals. The system (more than 50 installations in multinational companies) is applicable to any medium or large sized warehouses (3rd party Logistics) for managing and controlling the raw materials/semi-finished/finished products flow. Description:
The Warehouse Management System is a versatile software solution for controlling and managing distribution centres with radio frequency mobile terminals (hand held or vehicle mounted terminals). The system is fully parameterised and can automate all the distribution centre activities in on-line and real time mode. The main functions of the system are: Inbound Operations, Put away, Cross Docking, Quality Control tracking, Order Fulfilment, Internal Material Flow Control, Order Picking Management, Picking Replenishment, Relocation, Stock and Lot Control, Barcode Labelling, Pick and Pack in one phase, Packaging and Dispatching, Cycle Counting, Interface with ERP systems, etc. For the 3rd party Logistics a special billing extension is available.
