Know-how in the elaboration of glass through innovative techniques

Abstract:
The company is considered a pioneer in facade construction using glass and inox and also in the elaboration of glass through high technology techniques such as the innovative joint glazing technique (of planar type) and the elaboration of glass with laser etching and engraving (the opposite from sandblasting). In addition, the company produces special double-glazing units with internal Venetian blinds with remote or manual control handling.

Description:
The company holds the know-how for the production and application of:

1. Special double IG glazing, air or gas filled, with advanced thermo and sound insulating characteristics, with pressure balancing valves:
The special double-glazing windows with air or gas filled as well as with electromagnetic and radiation protection and with pressure balancing valves have advanced thermo and sound insulating properties.

2. Double IG glazing with internal remote control or manually operated blinds:
A special double-glazing with integrated Venetian blinds is an innovative product alternative to the use of reflective windows in glass building facades and produces better practical and aesthetic results.

3. Joint glazing (planar type) for external building facades, entrances, domes, shelters, solariums etc.:
Joint glazing facades (both single and double glazing types) is an innovative way of suspending glass using articulated joints, which assures resistance in wind pressure and anti-seismic properties. Moreover, this method assures antiballistic and sound insulation properties and resistance in fracture, (depending on the type of glass) when used in building facades. Apart from this, the company has an extended product range for internal or external use and decoration based on the joint glazing technology, such as staircases, shelves, shelters, domes etc.

4. Surface etching and patterning by laser technique on glass, ceramics, stainless steel etc.
The technique for two-dimensional laser surface engraving on reflective glass leaves it transparent, thus achieving the drawing on the glass. (In opposition to the sandblasting technique, also applied by the company, where the transparent surface becomes opaque).

5. Surface sandblasting on glass.
